BaseMount allows you to explore through runs, projects, samples, app results and analyses and interact directly with the associated files exactly as you would with any other file system.

BaseMount is delivered as either a debian or rpm package. The above script automates the registration of the package sources and the installation of the BaseMount package and its dependencies. You must install this as sudo and the user must be a member of the fuse group (CentOS only). More info here.
